§ 2-23. CONSTRUCTION OFFICIAL AND ZONING OFFICER.*

2-23.1 Position Established. The position of Construction Official and Zoning Officer in the Borough is hereby established.

2-23.2 Hours of Service. The post of Construction Official and Zoning Officer shall be full time, and the Official shall maintain his office in and conduct his business from the Borough Hall daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
