§ 7-10. TURN PROHIBITIONS.

7-10.1 Left Turn Prohibition. No person shall make a left turn at any of the locations described below.

Left turn prohibited from:

Moorehouse-Main Street Shopping Center, Block 246, Lot 1A, onto Main Street.

South from the driveway of the Parlin Center Mall to east on Washington Road.

Johnson's Lane southbound to Ernston Road eastbound.

Burlew Place onto Bordentown Avenue.

Ernston Road eastbound onto Johnson's Lane northbound.

7-10.2 U-Turn Prohibition. No person shall make a U-turn at any of the locations described below.

7-10.3 Right Turn on Red Prohibition.

A.

Eliminate the prohibition against making a right turn when facing a steady red signal (STOP) indication at the intersection of Washington Road and MacArthur Avenue while traveling Southbound on MacArthur Avenue; and

B.

Limit the prohibition against making a right turn when facing a steady red signal (STOP) indication at the intersection of Ernston Road and Washington Road while traveling Southbound on North Ernston Road to those times when children are present, by deleting the existing table inset listing the names of intersecting streets and locations of the prohibition, and inserting a new table inset listing the names of intersecting streets, locations of the prohibitions, as well as the times during which such prohibitions are in effect, to read as follows:

7-10.4 Right Turn Only. All persons shall make a right turn when in the right turn only lane at any of the intersections described below:
