§ 14-1. APPLICATION FOR WATER USE.

All applications for the use of water shall be made at the office of the Superintendent of the Water Department in the form prescribed and shall state fully the various uses to which the water is to be applied. Should it subsequently be required for other purposes, notice shall be given before the desired change is made.

The regulations in this Chapter shall be considered part of the contract with every person who uses the water, and the fact of using the water shall be considered as expressing assent on the part of the user to be bound by the contract.
