§ 14-10. REFUNDS AND DAMAGES FOR STOPPAGES.

Consumers shall not be entitled to damages nor shall any part of a payment be refunded for any stoppage of supply occasioned by an accident to any portion of the works, nor for stoppage for the purpose of addition or repairs. The Superintendent shall have the right to shut off the water to make extensions, alterations or repairs.
