§ 19-8. ENFORCEMENT.

Private swimming pools shall comply with the requirements of all health authorities having jurisdiction in the Borough. A nuisance or hazard to health which may exist or develop in consequence of the operation of a pool shall be removed by the person in possession of the pool or receipt of notice from the Middlesex County Health Department, Police Department, Code Enforcement Officer, Zoning Official or Construction Official.
