§ 16-10. ALTERATIONS TO FACTORY BUILT MODULAR AND MOBILE HOUSING UNIT PARK DEVELOPMENT AND FACILITIES.

16-10.1 Application for Approval. Applications for approval of plans and specifications for modifications, alteration, extension or expansion of a licensed factory built modular and mobile housing unit park development shall be made to the Borough and no such alternatives shall be made without the approval of the Borough as prescribed herein.

16-10.2 Procedure. Duplicate copies of all applications filed by the park management with the State Department of Health for permission to make such alterations as well as copies of all plans and specifications accompanying such applications and certified copies of all approvals and permits issued by the Department shall be filed with the application. If the document submitted to the Department does not set forth data and details required by the more restrictive provisions of this Chapter, additional plans and specifications showing the same shall be submitted. If the Borough Council finds that such applications meet the requirements of this Chapter, it shall issue an approval for the work upon such reasonable terms and conditions as it shall deem appropriate.
