§ 18-4. COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS FOR REMOVING LIBRARY MATERIALS.

No person shall remove any book, periodical, pamphlet, artistic reproduction, phonograph recording, audio-visual materials or any other item or article from the Free Public Library building without complying with the rules, regulations and procedures of the Library for borrowing such items or articles.
