Chapter XXXIII. TAX EXEMPTIONS AND ABATEMENTS

§ 33-2. EXEMPTIONS FOR COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES.

Exemptions may be granted for construction of, or improvements to, commercial or industrial structures located in an area designated as an area in need of rehabilitation as same is defined pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:21-3, after applications are submitted to the Borough Council for their review, evaluation and approval.
