Chapter XXXV. AFFORDABLE HOUSING ORDINANCE

§ 35-16. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT AFFORDABLE PROJECTS.

All one hundred (100) percent affordable projects, including projects funded through Low Income Housing Tax Credits, shall comply with the Uniform Housing Affordability Controls, N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.1, et seq., except as modified by the terms of the settlement agreement executed between the Borough of Sayreville and Fair Share Housing Center (FSHC), as such settlement agreement may be further amended and supplemented. All such projects shall be required to have an initial thirty (30) year affordability control period plus a fifteen (15) year extended use period.
