§ 3-14. AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN USES OF FIRE APPARATUS.

No fire engine or other apparatus belonging to the Borough shall be taken outside the limits of the Borough without the consent of the Mayor and Borough Council, except in an emergency outside the Borough limits. Under such circumstances, the Mayor, any member of the Department of Public Safety, the Chief or the Acting Chief may permit the apparatus to go outside the Borough limits to render aid.
