§ 3-15. SECRETARY TO CERTIFY CERTAIN DATE TO COUNCIL.

It shall be the duty of the Secretary of each company to submit to the Mayor and Borough Council at its regular meeting in December, and at such other times as he shall, by resolution, be required to do so, a complete list of the names of the members of his company, which shall be signed by the Captain and attested by the Secretary of the company. The list, after approval by the Council, shall be filed in the office of the Clerk.
