§ 3-16. OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF FIRE APPARATUS AND FIRE HOUSES.

In addition to the volunteer members of the Fire Department, the Mayor and Borough Council may appoint persons to perform work in and about the municipally owned fire houses and for the care, operation and management of fire apparatus, and may prescribe their duties and fix their compensation.
