§ 4-12. INITIAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS.

a.

All individuals who are hereafter appointed as police officers shall be required to successfully complete a state approved police training program either prior to or promptly following such appointment.

b.

Whenever possible such appointees shall receive such training at the training facility directed by the New Jersey State Police at Sea Girt, Monmouth County, New Jersey.
