§ 4-4. RULES AND REGULATIONS.

  • The Mayor and Borough Council may by resolution, establish, repeal or amend such policies or procedures as the Mayor and Borough Council deem necessary for the government, organization and efficient working of the Police Department. When policies or procedures are adopted, amended or repealed by the Mayor and Borough Council, the policies or procedures shall be presented to the Chief of Police. Within five (5) days after receipt of a notice of any newly adopted, amended or repealed policy or procedure, such notice shall be posted in a room of the Public Safety Complex where notices are customarily posted, and a copy of the newly adopted, amended or repealed policy or procedure shall be delivered to each member of the Police Department.
