§ 7-41. COMMERCIAL TRUCKS EXCLUDED FROM PARKING ON BOROUGH PROPERTY DURING CERTAIN HOURS.

Trucks over four (4) tons registered gross weight, commercial vehicles, A-1 Trucks and Trailers, buses and other vehicles with linear measurements greater than twenty (20′) feet in length or seven (7′) feet in width, excluding rear view mirrors, or eight (8′) feet in height, excluding radio antenna, and all cabs or tractors capable of pulling a trailer, are hereby prohibited from parking in Borough parks or other Borough owned property, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. unless posted otherwise. This section shall not, however, apply where the governing body has issued written permission for any carnival, picnic or other event on any Borough park or property and such vehicle is parked on such park or property in connection with such event.
