§ 14-27. APARTMENTS.

An owner renting apartments shall notify the Water Department in writing stating the number of his tenants and the date of the beginning of each tenancy and when any tenancy ceases, so that the proper entry of debits and credits can be made. No refund of money or credit will be made for any alleged overcharge resulting from a failure to observe this regulation.
