§ 19-4. LOCATION.

a.

No swimming pool shall be constructed or installed in a front yard as the term "front yard" is defined in the Zoning Chapter of this Code. On a corner lot as the term "corner lot" is defined in the Zoning Chapter, no swimming pool shall be constructed or installed nearer to the side street line than the minimum number of feet required for the width of the side yard of the street side of such lot.

b.

No swimming pool shall be constructed or installed nearer than ten (10') feet to any property line of the property on which the pool is located.

c.

No private swimming pool or wading pool shall be constructed or installed on any lot unless a residence building is located on the lot, as permitted in the Zoning Chapter.
