Chapter XXXIII. TAX EXEMPTIONS AND ABATEMENTS

§ 33-7. TAX AGREEMENTS; DURATION.

Latest version.

All tax agreements entered into by the Borough pursuant to the terms of this chapter shall be in effect for a period of not more than five (5) years next following the date of completion of the project.
